Wingman invests in an array of bridge loan products to seasoned real estate owners. All loans are secured by real estate. The clients pay interest to Wingman Fund on a monthly basis. We pool the loans in a fund-like structure and allow our investors to achieve high-yield returns and diversify their risk.

Equity Platform

Wingman invests in value added real estate projects to achieve high yield returns through strategic partnerships and unique projects. The typical structure will receive a preferred rate of return and an equity split. Horizon of investments dependent on asset type may range from one to ten years.

Vartan Darbinyan is an international businessman who began his career in the early 1990's as a venture capitalist providing short-term and long-term funding to emerging companies in Eastern and Western Europe.

Through a visionary approach, he has been funding undervalued companies that he believed were underfunded, to provide much needed capital for steady growth. Having funded real estate ventures in the past, soon after the great recession in the United Stated, he shifted his focus to the United States real estate market. He is the managing member of DV International LLC, a real estate investment company that is based in Hollywood, CA. DV International LLC has acquired, redeveloped and been involved in numerous investment projects over the past twenty years, acquiring non-performing debt, distressed real estate, and acquiring and developing undeveloped property in the United States. His development experience spans over 1,000 units of ground up and value added multifamily developments. He has provided mezzanine and private debt throughout the United States and other countries and has personally funded hundreds of transactions over the past several years.
